SAFETY GOALS
S/S Constructors has established a company goal for “Lost Time Injuries” of ZERO. We believe this is an attainable goal due to the commitment to safe work practices by our management team, field personnel, subcontractors and our relationship with the owners.
As part of our efforts to meet this objective we have instituted a mandatory weekly (Monday) tool box meeting(s). We plan safety into our work and have developed a promotion, awareness and recognition process that gives renewed weekly and monthly emphasis to our safety commitment
SAFETY INCENTIVE PROGRAM
The primary purpose of our “Recognition Program” is to help achieve the overall objective of our safety program, which is to prevent accidents and reduce on-the-job injuries. The recognition is intended to emphasize the importance of safety to the entire company and to meet our objectives by actively involving our craftsmen and field supervision in hazard awareness, accident prevention and safe performance practices..
