Started in August of 2003, S/S Constructors, Inc. was formed when two individuals with last names that begin with the letter S came together and decided to incorporate a contracting business that would tailor to the specific needs of industrial construction projects.

The individuals, Samuel W. “Sammy” Shearin and Angris C. “Chris” Sandlin, have been in the construction business for a combined total of 58 years.
